Description: Two pack acid catalysing lacquer for the wetting treatment of most types of wood. This high build product is formulated to give a full finish with minimum amount of coats and leaves the surface feeling smooth and silky. Fast curing and easy sanding makes this an ideal lacquer for fast running production lines and conventional spray set-ups can rapidly accelerate drying times by applying heat after flash off. High build quality surface achieved from solids of 44% with good specs for heat and moisture (please refer data sheet for recommended applications). Low formaldehyde emission during application, drying and from the dried film. The emission from the treated surface is below the chamber value for particleboard of E1 quality. This product is free from aromatic hydrocarbons.
